Q: What is the expected timeframe for shipping items?

A: Orders will typically ship within 1 – 2 business days. 

Q: What happens when an item shows out of stock or is low quantity?

A: The store displays what is available at that moment and will not allow you to order more than what is available in stock. If an item is out of stock, it will not be available to add to the cart until it’s replenished.  You can also be notified by email when an item is back in stock. Inventory is monitored frequently. Based on current inventory and product sales volume, items are reordered as needed. 

Q: How do I place a bulk order?

A: You can place a bulk order of any item by reaching out via the Contact Us page. List the item and quantity in the comments section. You will hear back from us within 1 - 2 business days. Typically, items cost a little bit less when ordered in bulk, but pricing will differ based on the product, quantities being ordered etc… as a valued partner, you’ll get our best possible pricing.

Q: Can I order items that are not shown in the store?

A:  Yes, absolutely!  At Threds, we are experts in all types of branded merchandise.  Apparel, casual wear, work wear, hats, beanies, office goods, giveaways, lifestyle merch, promotional swag, flags, banners, drinkware, you name it.  If you are interested in something not available in the store, reach out to our team via the Contact Us page, and one of our expert sales representatives will contact you. 

Q: Where do I send feedback for suggested items to add to the site in the future?

A: If you have ideas for merchandise you’d like to see added to the store, please contact the FBITN marketing team at marketing@fbitn.com. 

Q: What payment options are accepted for orders online?

A: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover are all accepted at checkout.  We also accept Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

Q: If I prefer Net Terms billing, how do I get set up?

A: Please reach out to our team via the Contact Us page, and let us know you’re interested in getting setup on Net Terms.  Our team will send you a credit application, and once our accounting department has evaluated your completed credit application, we will notify you of your Net Terms approval.   

Q: If I find a defect or my items are damaged in shipping, what do I do?

A: If you receive your order and find a damaged or defective item, contact our team asap via the Contact Us page, and let us know what the defective or damaged issue is.  We’ll make sure you’re taken care of, either with a replacement item or store credit so you can purchase something else. 

Q: What is eligible for a return and refund?

A: All items on the FBITN Store are eligible for return or refund.  Please see our Returns policy by clicking on “Returns” at the bottom of the homepage.  We always ask that you Contact Us first to initiate a return.  Sometimes, depending on the product or reason for return, we may be able to replace, refund or provide store credit without the need for returning the item. 

Q: Is there an option to buy gift cards or store credit?

A: Absolutely!  You can buy gift cards directly from the store.  The gift cards are found in the “Promotional Items” section, or by clicking the “Gift Card” link at the bottom of the homepage.  They can be purchased in varying amounts, and you’ll have the option to have the gift card emailed directly to the recipient if you’d like.
